Company Background

Who We Are

Motherwell Affordable Housing Corporation Limited is a Kenyan-born Company established around the theme of Affordable Housing Programme (AHP) under the Government’s Big Four Development Agenda and the Bottom-up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA).

Our inspiration is to support public and private interventions geared towards bespoke design and implementation of affordable and competitively-priced open market housing units across the country and the wider Eastern and Central African region.

We believe that investment in this sector yields tangible and transformative livelihood solutions to the people and contributes to socio-economic development of our populations.

We do this by carefully crafting and executing housing project partnerships with private and public entities at the national and local levels guided by the sector-wide policies and guidelines spearheaded by State Department for Housing and Urban Development with whom we have an established Strategic Partnership and Project implementation Approvals.
